The stretchy silicone fits snugly but doesn’t pinch, and the adjustable vibrating part stays put even when things get moving. It adds a nice buzz that helps me last longer without killing the sensation.

The vibration is surprisingly strong for such a stretchy ring, and it fits snugly without cutting off circulation. I just wish the battery life were a bit longer, as it died on me during a longer session.
