The rotating head combined with the thrusting motion creates a surprisingly realistic sensation, much better than the basic strokers I've used before. I was skeptical about the telescoping feature but it actually adds a whole new level of stimulation.

The telescoping mechanism actually feels like real movement instead of just buzzing, which made the whole experience way more immersive than I expected. The squeezing sensation combined with the thrusting is a nice combo that works better than my last toy.
